Ernie Simpson at Evergreen is the most thorough and competent inspector I have ever encountered. He identified all of the issues in the home we plan to purchase, saving us a huge amount of money. He was also easy to work with and really cared about helping us! I would recommend him enthusiastically for any home inspection.
